Each department is responsible to scrutinize its work before passing it onto the next phase. The fabric is inspected at each stage.
We have well-equipped, modern, state-of-the-art laboratories in all our units, staffed by highly qualified and experienced personnel. The laboratory produces a sample of product within the laboratory and devises the most appropriate method for mass production. I nspection and testing is done at all stages of production.
Our labs are capable of conducting all types of yarn and fabric tests, shrinkage and color marking tests as per internationally recognized standards.
We ensure that textile materials we produce must exhibit dimensional stability conforming to specific standards and must be based on tests designed to stimulate normal conditions of usage. Our fabric goes through laboratory testing to ensure minimum shrinkage.
Our latest shrinkage-testing machine ‘QuickWash’ gives us accurate results within minutes.
